Meet Our Team

Chris Cook is the Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Beacon Capital Management, where he leads the firm’s efforts in delivering diversified portfolios for financial advisors and institutional partners. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bowling Green State University and holds the Series 65 license.

Emily Damman is the President of Beacon Capital Management, committed to fostering a culture of excellence and strengthening advisor relationships through a high-performing service team. Emily holds the Series 65 license, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Dan Baccarini is the Managing Director at Beacon Capital Management. He leads Beacon’s distribution team and collaborates with institutional partners and advisors to help them find investment solutions that fit their unique needs. Dan holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) license and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Excelsior University and a Master’s in General Management from the University of Phoenix.

Nicola Sutton, Vice President of Advisor Engagement at Beacon Capital Management, leads the development and facilitation of business consulting and practice management programs for financial advisors. Nicola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Humberside and a Master’s in International Public Relations from Manchester University.

Tyler Mays is the Director of Business Operations at Beacon Capital Management and oversees technology management, trading operations, vendor relations, and financials. He holds a Series 65 license and earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Business Administration from Wright State University.

Vince Gaglione is the Director of Advisor Services at Beacon Capital Management where he provides strategic support to Beacon’s advisors, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed in a competitive market. Vince earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in International Business and holds the Series 65 license.

Kartha James is the Director of Business Development, leading strategic partner and channel relationships. She is responsible for overseeing account management, coordinating marketing initiatives, pursuing new selling agreements, and managing the due diligence process. Kartha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Utica University.

Pedro Regalado is the Senior Portfolio Analyst at Beacon Capital Management, collaborating with advisors to optimize their use of Beacon’s investment strategies. He is responsible for calculating and reporting portfolio performance and trade holdings, as well as providing market commentary and portfolio insights. Pedro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Iona University and is currently pursuing the CFA charter, with studies focused on Level 3.
